A tough 2018, with my husband being made redundant and myself juggling 3 jobs to try to keep us afloat, saw time to take control of the chaos! In January 2019 hubby found new employment, and I decided to go back to school, which was daunting as it has been a while since my uni days studying a BSc (Hons) Biomedical Science (Greenwich University). As soon as I started the ITEC level 3 Diploma in Massage (Maidstone School of Complimentary Therapy) I loved it and achieved a distinction!

Previously I have worked for the NHS, as well as working and volunteering in the care and childcare industries, but now I have found my vocation.

Not only have I been an avid receiver of massage therapy for many years, but I am loving being on the other side of the couch. Just knowing that this is something that makes people happy and healthy is already a wonderful feeling.

‘A massage is just like a movie, really relaxing and a total escape, except in a massage you’re the star’ – Elizabeth Jane Howard

Massage is just one technique in a long list of holistic therapies, so I have happily gone on to study deep tissue massage, scented oils massage, hot & cold stones massage, and reiki – but watch this space for more!

When you book a massage with me, your treatment is designed specifically for you and your lifestyle and requirements. I never follow a set routine and will often combine different techniques to give you effective and long lasting positive results.

I am passionate about my work in holistic health care, and my practice motto is, ‘better health naturally’.

I am fully insured by Balens Ltd and a member of the CThA.

If you have any questions about the treatments or want to book an appointment, please call / text me on 07922199799 or email beh.massage@gmail.com or go to Facebook B.E.Holistic
